Order Processing

All 30% Formula™ swag is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Processing time: Please allow 5-7 business days for order fulfillment before shipment.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and another with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical delivery windows after fulfillment are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to customs delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the items ordered, and carrier rates. Occasionally, promotions or free shipping offers may apply and will be clearly noted at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive separately. Printful ships from various fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, unforeseen shipping delays can occur.

  • If your tracking shows no movement after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at [your support email] with your order number.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or delivery service before reaching out.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
